Verified Smartscout Coupon Code

Most SmartScout coupon pages are written by people who’ve never opened the Sellers Database. They copy the code, paste a pricing table, and collect the commission.

I run an agency. I’ve built and monetised properties since 2014.

For the last four years a chunk of that revenue has come from Amazon and FBA clients — wholesale sellers, private label brands, a few book publishers.

That means I’ve paid for Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and SmartScout at the same time, on real accounts, out of a real budget.

SmartScout has been on the stack for about five months. It’s the one I’d keep if I had to drop two.

    SmartScout Coupon Quick Answer

The SmartScout coupon code is SELLERTOOLSHUB. It gives 25% off your first 3 months on any plan. On the Business plan that drops the price from $187/mo to $140.25/mo, saving $140.25 across the discount window.

Apply it in the coupon field at checkout, after you’ve created your account.

✅ Bottom Line Up Front

SmartScout costs $29, $97, or $187 a month depending on tier. With SELLERTOOLSHUB you pay $21.75, $72.75, or $140.25 for the first three months.

Every plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee, so the real risk is a week, not a quarter.

If you’re running Helium 10 Diamond at $359/mo plus Jungle Scout Brand Owner at $149/mo, that’s $508/mo. SmartScout Business does most of the brand, seller and subcategory work for $187.

That’s the whole argument. The rest of this page is the maths behind it.

There’s also annual billing, which is a separate discount and worth understanding before you pick.

Basic$25$30013%
Essentials$75$90022%
Business$158$1,89615%

The part nobody else on page one tells you

Run the year-one numbers and the coupon isn’t automatically the cheapest route.

PlanYear 1: monthly + SELLERTOOLSHUBYear 1: annual billingCheaper option
Basic$326.25$300Annual, by $26.25
Essentials$1,091.25$900Annual, by $191.25
Business$2,103.75$1,896Annual, by $207.75

The break-even lands around month 10 or 11 on every tier.

So the rule is simple. Staying under ten months, or still deciding — take the coupon on monthly billing. Committing for the year — take annual and skip the code.

I used monthly plus the code for the first quarter, then moved to annual once the tool had earned its slot.

How to Apply the SmartScout Coupon Code

The code goes in at checkout, not at signup. Six steps, and step one is the one people skip.

  • Step 1: Open the discounted pricing page. Use this link. The partner tag has to be on the session for SELLERTOOLSHUB to validate.
  • Step 2: Pick monthly or yearly. Toggle at the top of the pricing table. The coupon is built for the monthly path — see the break-even table above before you choose.
  • Step 3: Choose your plan. Click Try Basic, Try Essentials, or Try Business. Business is the one most agencies and wholesale sellers end up on.
  • Step 4: Create your account. Name, email, password, phone. A card is required to start, which is standard.
  • Step 5: Enter the code. Find the coupon field on the checkout screen and type SELLERTOOLSHUB in capitals. Hit apply.
  • Step 6: Confirm the number changed before you pay. Business should read $140.25, not $187. If it still says $187, the code didn’t take.
If the coupon code isn’t working

Four things break it, in order of how often I’ve seen them.

  1. You didn’t arrive through a partner link. Clear cookies, reopen the link, start again.
  2. An ad blocker stripped the referral parameter. Disable it for smartscout.com and retry.
  3. You typed it in lowercase. Use SELLERTOOLSHUB, all caps, no spaces.
  4. You already have an account. The 25% offer is built for new subscriptions.

Why I Put SmartScout on the Stack

I didn’t switch to SmartScout. I added it, because it answers questions the other two can’t.

Helium 10 and Jungle Scout are product-first. You start with an ASIN or a keyword and work outward.

SmartScout is brand-first and seller-first. You start with a brand or a seller and work down to products.

For wholesale clients that difference is the entire job. My team isn’t hunting a private-label winner — they’re building a list of brands worth approaching, then checking how crowded the buy box already is.

Here’s what that looks like in practice. I filter the Brands Database for brands doing solid revenue with fewer than four FBA sellers on the listing. That’s a wholesale prospect list, generated in about ten minutes.

You can’t build that list in Helium 10. The data model doesn’t go that way.

SmartScout Features Worth Paying For

1. Brands Database

Every brand selling on Amazon, filterable across 30+ parameters. Revenue, product count, seller count, subcategory share.

The Brand Dashboard is where wholesale outreach starts. One screen tells you whether a brand is worth an email.

2. Sellers Database and Seller Map

Over 1.5 million sellers, searchable by revenue, category and geography. The Seller Map plots them physically.

I use it two ways — finding competitors operating out of the same region as a client, and spotting unauthorised resellers on a brand my client owns. The second one has recovered real money for two clients this year.

3. Subcategories Database

Visibility on 40,000+ subcategories. This is the Business-tier feature that justifies the jump from Essentials.

Amazon’s own category tree is coarse. SmartScout subdivides it, so you can see revenue and brand market share at a level where a gap is still findable.

4. Search Terms and Rank Maker

Full search term database with volume, CPC and shared/sponsored data. Rank Maker builds a keyword strategy for a specific ASIN and lets you create ads inside it.

It’s not trying to out-feature Helium 10’s Cerebro. It’s good enough that I stopped opening two tabs.

5. The Chrome Extension

Free, no subscription required. 4.4 out of 5 from 14 ratings, around 9,000 users on the Chrome Web Store.

It runs on the Amazon page itself. Product data cards, sales history charts, an FBA profitability calculator, eligibility checks.

There’s also a UPC scanner that takes a supplier price list and flags the profitable lines.

For online arbitrage the price list scanner alone replaces a spreadsheet afternoon. Install it before you buy anything.

SmartScout vs Helium 10 vs Jungle Scout: The Cost Comparison

Real month-to-month prices, checked 12 August 2026.

ToolEntry planMid planTop standard plan
SmartScout$29$97$187
Helium 10$129 (Platinum)$359 (Diamond)
Jungle Scout$49 (Starter)$79 (Growth)$149 (Brand Owner)

A seller running Helium 10 Diamond and Jungle Scout Brand Owner together pays $508/mo.

SmartScout Business is $187. With SELLERTOOLSHUB, $140.25 for the first three months.

I’m not claiming SmartScout replaces both. Helium 10’s keyword tooling is still stronger, and I still pay for it.

What I am saying is that if brand, seller and subcategory data is what you actually need, you’re paying Diamond prices for tooling you don’t open.

Which Plan Should You Buy

Business is the honest recommendation for anyone running client work. Subcategories, database exports and custom segments all live there, and those are the three I use weekly.

What I Don’t Like About SmartScout

  • Revenue estimates drift on low-volume ASINs. On products doing real numbers they’re close enough to act on. Down in the long tail, treat them as directional.
  • The interface has a learning curve. It’s a database tool wearing a dashboard. My first week was mostly figuring out which screen answered which question.
  • Keyword tooling is the weaker half. If keyword research is 80% of your job, this isn’t your primary tool. Mine is still Helium 10 for that.
  • The Business tier gap is steep. $97 to $187 is a real jump, and Subcategories is the feature that forces it. There’s no middle option.
  • Only 38 G2 reviews, at 4.7 out of 5. Good score, thin sample. Smaller vendor than the two giants, and you should price that in.
  • The 25% only covers 3 months. Month four you’re at full price. Budget for $187, not $140.25.

Who Should Not Buy This

  1. Skip it if you’re pre-launch with no product and no supplier. The free Chrome extension and the free tools above will carry you for now.
  2. Skip it if you’re a single private-label seller running one ASIN. You’ll pay for a brand and seller database you’ll open twice.
  3. And skip it if keyword rank tracking is the only thing you’re shopping for. Helium 10 does that better and you already know it.

SmartScout Coupon FAQs

What is the SmartScout coupon code for 2026?

SELLERTOOLSHUB gives 25% off your first 3 months on any SmartScout plan. It was verified on the live checkout on 12 August 2026.

Does the SmartScout promo code work on all plans?

Yes. Basic, Essentials and Business all accept it. Enterprise is custom-quoted, so ask during the demo instead.

How much is SmartScout after the discount?

$21.75/mo for Basic, $72.75/mo for Essentials, and $140.25/mo for Business, for three months. After that you pay standard rates.

Can existing SmartScout customers use the discount code?

No. The 25% offer applies to new subscriptions. Existing accounts should move to annual billing instead, which saves 13% to 22% depending on tier.

Can I stack the coupon with annual billing?

Treat that as unconfirmed until you see it at checkout. On my numbers annual billing alone beats the coupon on monthly from around month ten anyway.

Is there a SmartScout free trial?

There’s no open free trial, but every plan has a 7-day money-back guarantee and you can cancel anytime. The Chrome extension is free permanently.

Why isn’t my SmartScout discount code applying?

Most often the session lost its partner tag. Clear cookies, reopen the pricing link, disable your ad blocker, and enter the code in capitals.

Is the SmartScout Chrome extension free?

Yes. It installs without a subscription and includes the FBA calculator, sales history charts and the UPC price list scanner.

Which SmartScout plan is the best value?

Business at $187/mo, if you’re doing client work or wholesale at scale. It’s the only tier with the Subcategories Database and database exports.

Does SmartScout do TikTok Shop data?

Yes, it’s rolling out — shops, products, categories, creators and videos. SmartScout has confirmed it will be included in existing subscriptions.

Let Me Help You Save More:

Buy the Data, Not the Dashboard

Amazon sellers overbuy software and underuse it. I’ve watched clients pay $500 a month across three tools and open one of them.

SmartScout earned its slot on my stack because it answers a question the others structurally can’t — who sells this brand, and how crowded is it already.

Test it for seven days. The guarantee makes that free.

Pick one tool. Learn it properly.

Evidence beats hype. Every time.
